Tonight, the 13th Annual Wines of the World event is going on at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Convention Center in Stevens Point. This event is hosted by the local business council that Community Insurance belongs to, the Portage County Business Council.
Beginning at 6:00 pm, on Friday, November 7th, you will be able to sample a large selection of wines from all around the world. This international journey is brought to you by the Bottle Stop, who is providing a nice array of wines that will be available to sample. Pair the delicious assortment of wines with food catered by the Holiday Inn & Convention Center and Rockman’s Catering.
You can also sample some delicious artisan cheeses and imports from Ski’s Meat Market. Take part in a silent auction, beer bar compliments of the Stevens Point Brewery, soft live jazz music, and handcrafted spirits from Great Northern Distilling.
Attendees will have the chance to win a couple of awesome prizes including a unique dining experience for 6 that is catered by private chef, Scott Rockman, in your own home. Also, one winner will be able to take home a gorgeous 14K yellow gold pendant holding 3 round spessartite garnets, from Lee Ayer Jewelers.
