Quick, before your post-Christmas calendar fills in, mark yourself down for Waupaca’s first 5K trail and snowshoe run. ‘Twas the 5K After Christmas will take place on Saturday, December 27th at Swan Park in Waupaca. This is going to be a fun event and is great fun for the whole family.
To register you can call Adventure Outfitters at 715-258-0775. You can also register online at www.Active.com by typing, “Twas the 5K After Christmas,” in the search bar. Registration for the event is $25 in advance and $35 the day of the race.
Registration for the race begins at 7:30 am and runs until 8:30 am. Make sure to pick up your gift bag when you register for the race. The 5K run begins at 9:00 am and the 5K snowshoe begins at 9:15 am.
Prizes will be awarded the following categories; kids (16 and under), adults, 50+ in trail run, and over male/female in snowshoe race.
