Take a trip to Scandinavia this weekend for the Scandinavia Fire Department’s 11th Annual Pig Roast. In order to continue serving the community, this volunteer fire department thrives off of support from the community. They also promote safety and fire prevention by teaching protective practices within the Scandinavia community.
The pig roast will be held on Saturday, April 12th. You will be able to enjoy wonderful food, a raffle, and you will also have the chance to win a NOOK tablet. Price of meal tickets is very affordable, the price for anybody 12 and older is $10. Ages 6 to 11 is only $5. Children 5 and under are free. When you purchase a meal ticket, you are automatically entered into the drawing to win the NOOK. Raffle tickets will also be available for purchase, $10 each or 3 for $20.
The pig roast will begin at 4pm and run until 7pm. It will be held at the Scandinavia Volunteer Fire Department, located at 349 N Main St., Scandinavia, WI 54977. For more information on this event, you can visit their Facebook page, where you will also be able to RSVP.
