I grew up on a dairy farm in Scandinavia. After spending a few years experiencing “city life” while going to college, I met my husband, Mark. We decided the small town setting was the perfect place to return and raise our two children.
My hobbies include camping with family and friends, shopping with my daughter, and cheering on the Badgers. Mostly, I have enjoyed chasing my kids around while following their busy sports schedules. I also love to watch my son march with the University of Wisconsin Marching Band, including 3 Rose Bowls!
My employment history includes working several years as a legal assistant at a law firm and as a receptionist for a couple of different dental practices. I found through those experiences that I really enjoy the customer service aspect of my job . Now, a soon-to-be “empty nester”, I am ready to take on a new challenge. I joined the Community Insurance team this past December and look forward to expanding my knowledge in the insurance industry in order to better serve our customers in the future.
