As of November 23rd gun hunting season will officially begin in Wisconsin. Hunters will be heading into the woods in hopes of bringing home that thirty-point buck.
Throughout Wisconsin there is many state natural areas where hunters can hunt the land. The DNR offers an online service in which you can search for areas to hunt near you. I decided to look up areas in Waupaca and Portage County available as public hunting land.
