Mutual of Wausau has announced a new grant program in which they will be donating $400 to select 4-H clubs and FFA chapters. This grant is used to continue efforts made by these groups to promote agricultural education, youth development and to support civic and leadership responsibilities.
In order for your group to be considered for this grant, you must first fill out the short application that is attached below. Make sure you list the name of your club/chapter, the leader of the group, the county the club is located in, the number of members, a list of club activities, the purpose for you requesting the grant, members involved in grant-associated project, other fundraising events that club participates in, and mention that Community Insurance & Associates made your group aware of this grant.
Applications must be received by the Mutual of Wausau home office by May 15th, 2014. Complete the form and mail to:
