Did you know that August is Family Fun Month? In my opinion, they couldn’t have picked a better month: warm weather, plenty of summer activities to choose from, and a great way to end the summer before the kids go back to school!
Being in Central Wisconsin has its perks, especially when it comes to Family Fun Month. Not only are there plenty of activities to do in the area, but other fun areas of the state are a short drive away. You can stay in the area and explore the Wisconsin River or any of the numerous lakes, or you can venture south for a day trip to the Dells or Milwaukee. Heading up north is also an easy drive and you’ll be enjoying the beautiful scenery in no time.

You don’t have to pull out all the stops to have a family fun day. Simply gathering your family to do an activity together will provide laughs and memories. Cook dinner together, have a campfire, go on a walk, volunteer at a charity together, or any other activity your family enjoys doing.
