Director of 1st Impressions

A fantastic opportunity for the right individual has just been made available. Community Insurance & Associates is seeking to fill a job opening for a Director of First Impressions. This is a full time front reception position with a dual role of a general administrative assistant as well as support for our sales team. Community Insurance is highly involved in our local communities and was established in 1928. We’ve experienced steady growth in a down market and we’ve done it with great sales members, quality support staff and great clients. This is a 90 day trial position that may present a full time opportunity for the right candidate.

The right candidate will have most if not all the following qualities:

Must possess a great work ethic.
Positive and pleasant demeanor
Detailed oriented and ability to multi-task.
“Can do” attitude and willing to problem solve.
Not afraid to follow up with professional persistence.
At least one years’ experience in the last two to three years in an administrative position. We may be open to an individual with a similar background and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Knowledge of Microsoft WORD, Excel and Outlook.
Must be skilled with basic typing
Insurance environment experience preferred, but not an absolute requirement.
We will train you.
Other responsibilities include face-to-face client greeting, answering and distribution of inbound phone calls, coordinating mail both inbound and outbound, and other general office duties.

Income will be commensurate with an individual’s experience and skill level.
