Community Insurance is proud to announce that it will host its First Annual Chili Cookoff on Friday, November 9th at our Iola location! Join us for an afternoon of delicious chili and help us decide which Community Insurance employee has the best recipe!
As a part of the cookoff, each employee has chosen a charity. The employee with the best chili will then donate the proceeds to the charity that they chose. Potential recipients include:
- Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Wisconsin
- Boys and Girls Club of Portage County
- Humane Society of Portage County
- Iola Food Pantry
- And more!
Come to our Iola office on Friday, November 9th from 3:30—6:00 to sample all the chili recipes; there will be about 10 entries so come hungry! After paying a small entry fee of $2, you will be free to try all the chilis and score them based on three different categories. The employee with the highest combined score will be crowned the cookoff champion and will receive a small prize along with the honor of choosing the charity that our proceeds will go to.
